关于LONDON DESIGN AWARDS

项目坐落于青岛这座山海之间的城市。设计深刻洞察人与自然、艺术的共生情怀，以光影作为媒介，艺术渗透生活，纯粹而细腻，在几何感的理性建构中透射出无限意蕴之美，触发观者情感的共鸣。通过朴素的奢华，使传统与现代、东方与世界在光影流转之中交相辉映，融会贯通。每一道从天空穿过屋顶进来的光，都经过精密计算，旨在营造更为舒适的体验感，塑造生活美学的秩序感与平衡感。
The project is located in Qingdao, a city lying between mountain and sea. With a profound insight to interdependence between human beings, nature and art, the design utilizes light and shadow as medium to make art infil-trate into life, pure and exquisite. Infinite beauty is reflected through geo-metric structure, to trigger emotional resonance among viewers. Simply and luxurious design fully incorporates and brings out the best of tradition and modern, and the Orient and the world. Each beam of light coming th-rough the roof is precisely calculated to provide more comfortable exper-ience and build up the order and balance of life aesthetics.

坐落于寸土寸金的深圳湾，被誉为“中国未来100年最贵的豪宅”，近千平方米的空间坐拥面朝广袤大海的最佳视野，也独享静谧自然的时尚居所。设计基于对奢华的全新理解，以当代美学的视角表达了回归生活原点的思考，关注舒适的环境体验，强调精神层面的启发，雍容大气中展露一派自然天真的人文内涵。起居厅巨大的挑高带入恢弘的仪式感，超过20米长的私家露台使山海、阳光与家的温度一起空气中弥漫开来，整面落地窗无限延展，利落的线条、无华的饰面与天然的材质贯穿始终，开放与私密之间，所有动线均被精心安排。
Located at Shenzhen Bay, where an inch of land values an inch of gold, the project is regarded as the most expensive luxury house of China in 100 years. With a space of nearly 1000 square meters, it owns a perfect sea view and a reclusive environment. Based on a new under-standing of luxury, the design expresses thinking on returning to life in a perspective of con-temporary aesthetics. It focuses on comfortable living environment, emphasizes on spiritual enlightenment, and displays natural and innocent human-ities at the core through elegance and spectacle. The high ceiling in the living room brings in magnificence, and the long private balcony over 20 meters incorporates hill, sea, sunshine and the warmth of home. Full-length window extends infinitely, and the clean lines, simple finish and na-tural material highlight the whole space. Between openness and privacy, all flows are delicately arranged.
