Located in the high-tech area of Yuelu District, Changsha, and adjacent to Binjiang Financial Center, the project is jointly developed by China State Construction Group and Changsha Metro Group, thus enjoying top-level urban resources. Drawing on the aesthetics of urban architecture and the Binjiang River, it integrates the building’s massing and geometry into indoor spaces and creates streamlined landscapes with “ripples of the Binjiang River”. Therefore, the project is designed as a three-dimensional, continuous and attractive space.

Here a touch of red leaps, strong but quiet, beautiful but restrained; a simple beige base depicts a pure and dynamic scene; blankness, inclusiveness and immersiveness give the space more emotions and possibilities. Focusing on the reflection and perception of the era as well as the iteration of demand, 31 Design breaks the shackles of style with modern design context, creates a compound space in which aesthetics and life coexist, and explores the answers in the future.
