Introduction

Designers have been successful in transforming the sales center from its original purpose as a typical sales office to a diverse and complex future experience center. They view it as the embodiment of urban community life. The sales center offers a variety of services in addition to the standard sales negotiating function, such as light meals, coffee, the book bar, handicraft, floral art, children's entertainment, calligraphy communication, and officiating. Variability and scene convergence have emerged as the space’s key features.

Through thorough planning that incorporates theme construction, five-sense analysis, static design, and dynamic activities, the design team hopes to create an experiential place for leisure and living in the urban community. The arrangement of the area is shown via simple lines and slick flowing lines. Spatial permeability and aesthetic impacts are increased by using the north side landscape and extending the feeling of functional space. The sales center also reveals the knowledge and portrayal of traditional culture and modern living by designers. We integrate modern and traditional components based on current aesthetic and practical requirements to create a more compassionate living area with historical relevance.
